Applied online, got a call two weeks later where they told me to go in person. They asked me if I had any experience or what I would prefer to do. Went in person a week later. Waited in the back office for about 30 minutes. They came out and asked me my availability, filled out paperwork and was hired on the spot.

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
