Entretien
It was a candid group interview which consisted of asking us our selling behaviours and how to identify our customer experience skills.
There was a bit of roleplay involved where we had to act out certain scenarios in order to determine whether or not we would be able to perform to standard.

No real difficult questions, the closest one that would could be considered 'difficult' was how we would react to internal theft, whether to approach the employee head on or to defer to management immediately.
