I applied at Old Navy online and 6 months later, they said they reviewed my application and would like to schedule me for an interview. At that point, I had nearly forgotten I applied, but still in need for a job, I went to the interview. I was greeted in the front of the store and brought into the back where the store manager and assistant store manager asked me some questions which included "where have you worked in the past? do you see yourself with this company in 5 years?" After just chatting with them for a few, I was offered the job right on the spot. A year and a half later and I'm still here, I love working at Old Navy. I recommend anybody to apply!
