I had a phone interview at first. Lasted 30 mins then invited for a in person interview lasted 45 mins. She seemed to really like me because she was laughing with me while she interviewed me. She was impressed with what I knew about old navy. 1:2 interview but they made it easy going. I'm still waiting for them to reply back if I have the job. All together I had 3 interviews; on the phone, in person with hiring manger and cashier, then with general manger and another manger I forgot.
