I applied online for a job at Old Navy. The interview process was very fast. I applied for the job, had two interviews and was hired within one week. The interviews went well; the first one with the hiring manager and second with one of the store owners. After the second interview I was offered a job.

The most difficult question during my interview was "what was a time at work when you had to deal with an angry customer? What was the situation and how did you handle it?"
