It was a really quick group interview with about 4-5 others. We just stood at a corner of the store during store hours and the Manager would ask us questions about our availability and previous work experience.

The interview process was very relaxed and laid back. The vibe of the hiring manager and just the store itself was very chill, which made me extremely comfortable. I was not nervous and felt like everyone was already family. My entire interview was no longer than 30 minutes. I was told that I had the job that same day and return to the store the next day for my orientation. The only reason the entire process took two weeks was because I was on vacation around the time they wanted to schedule my interview. The hiring process was extremely fast.
