I was in a group of about 6 people. Were asked general questions about the company, then asked to create an outfit with items that we had drawn at random. We had to sell our outfits by talking about why we chose what we chose (material, colour, trends). this was a deciding factor as to who was given an offer.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
