Entretien
The first part of the process was when I received a call from the hiring manager asking me to do a phone interview on the spot. After the phone interview, he said he would like to meet me, and to bring an item I am passionate about to the interview on the next day.
The first interview that I went to was a group interview with five other young adults. The hiring manager was very nice. First he asked us a few questions and then we did two group activities:
The first activity was to group up with a couple other of the other people at the audition and to learn three new things about them, and then introduce them to the group.
The second activity the hiring manager asked us to go out in the store and pick one item to sell to him.
After that, he gave us a tour of the store and asked if we had any questions. At the end of the interview he said he would either call us in the next couple days if we make it to the next interview (one-on-one interview), or he would email us telling if we got the next interview or not.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
