Entretien
Applied online. They called for a group interview about six weeks later. About 9 or 10 of us met in the fitting room area. They broke us into two groups and gave a tour of the store and did the outfit activity others have described. Very short. This is the time to speak up. Try to interact with the others and let your personality shine so you stand out in such a large group.
Was called in for a second interview with the general manager a few days later. I guess this is to narrow down the group even further. They then explain more about the details of the position, pay, your availability, etc...
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
