Interview process comprised of three interviews. First one was a VC with the Nigerian team. The panel had four members; Packaged foods business head, Noodles sales head, Packaged drinks sales head and HR head of Nigeria. The basic HR questions were the major focus with more focus on sales experience I had. Second round was with GM- Talent Acquisition in Gurgaon. It was also based on FMCG sales experience I had and the accomplishments I have made. Third round was President-Packaging Business on VC and Head for talent acquisitions. In all interviews similar questions were put across. They also voiced their concerns openly and asked me for the reason behind choosing a career change and grilled more in that aspect. Overall a good experience and felt like really nice people to work with.

2 interviews- 1 with HR head for recruitment, another one with HR and BU head. Both interviews were online interviews, the style was conversational, interviewer tried to go into details of the things mentioned in the CV

The interview process is crisp, is very quick, process bound and strict as far as following the process the question asked were to the point and were relevant to the field i was interviewed for.
