I was called in for a test. There were 5 puzzles, data interpretation, and 3 SQL questions. I answered 6 out of 9 correctly. Didnt get a a call. I talked to people before the test and they answered 4-5 correctly and they still got the call. disappointed with there hiring process.

I applied through LinkedIn. One HR called me and asked about my previous work experience. He asked me about SQL and I clearly told him that i am not good at SQL. Still he invited me for interview process at Ola office. The first round was aptitude and SQL test. I answered all the questions except the SQL questions. After seeing my test, he asked me to leave as i am not good at SQL. This profile needs a guy who is good at SQL.

The process was quite smooth and speedy. I was called to their office for a interview drive, based on candidates shortlisted. There was 1 written round of aptitude and SQL, followed by 2 interviews and finally HR discussion.
