Did 2 rounds of interviews - first round was with the recruiter - they seemed a bit disorganized but was nice. When asked for salary range, recruiter said they “weren’t comfortable” with sharing the information yet. I was taken aback because I’ve never heard this from any other organization I’ve interviewed with but decided to let it slide since the role sounded interesting. Moved on to second interview with the manager and found out that the role that was described to me by the recruiter is COMPLETELY different from what the manager was looking for. What a waste of time.
