Very easy, they ask typical interview questions. “Great strength” “greatest weakness” “biggest accomplishment” etc. you hear back very quickly and the interview is fair. I was not nervous or intimidated.
I Applied online for the intermediate fellowship Was emailed a week later for interview. You schedule a fellowship interview thru a web link that they send to you and you select a time slot that works. It is really simple

Everyone seems very polite. They are willing to work with you when scheduling interview. They are punctual. They have a warm and welcoming environment. You can feel like you have support.
