The administrator with whom I spoke by phone was more interested in my highly qualified status and ability to begin work asap. To be honest, I do not even remember what was asked of me because I asked more questions of the person conducting my interview. When reflecting on the situation, I am amazed at the low standards of the administrator with whom I spoke. They were desperate for a teacher and I needed a paycheck so took the job. In speaking with others about their interviews, they were also not impressed. Never had an in person interview and was still hired. Others who had an in person interview shared that the interviewer was distracted the entire time and no really even paying attention to responses that were given to questions asked.
