Entretien
It was mostly a lot of behavioral but overall super great people all around. But I really enjoyed the Ogilvy interview process. You can expect anything from tell me about yourself to what your favorite campaign is.
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Entretien

Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
