Applied online. First phone interview with supervisor then Skype interview with two supervisors. The second interview was a follow-up on my first interview with more in-depth questions about my experience.

Question 1
When was a time that you failed and how did you overcome it? What was your most successful experience at your university? Why do you want to go into public relations? Why Ogilvy?
Two rounds of interviews and mostly behavioral questions. You get to speak with an Associate, which is an amazing experience and allows you to ask questions about the work itself.

Entretien
The interviewers were really easygoing. There’s no really hardcore questions, just talk about the project I’ve participated in
before and discussed about my former internship.
Actually I didn’t receive any call from Ogilvy 5days after I applied online, then I just made a phone call to the company then I got the interview oppor no tunity. It’s quite interesting!

I had an employee referral who e-mailed my CV to the HR and I received an invitation for interview after a week. I had to first do a skill-based test then I had a 1:1 interview with the Senior Account Manager of my team going over my CV .
