I got my interview because I was referred by an employee. The HR manager contacted me for a short phone interview first. Then I got a 1 on 1 interview with the HR manager and if the HR manager feels that you fit the description, you meet your Account Director. Account Director asks a few questions and if they like you and depending on the position, you might have another interview with the managing director.
