The interview process was not bad. First initial call with a recruiter, then went onto a zoom with a higher up. If I would have kept on going with the process there would have been two more interviews. Over all, the people that I talked to were kind, in my second interview I did get the sense that the role was not a good fit which is understandable, but what made me upset was the fact that I never got an email or phone call letting me know I would not be moving forward with the process. They basically dropped off the face of the earth which I felt was very unprofessional.

A recruiter reached out to me for an interview and we scheduled a date to speak over the phone. The recruiter never called, and I sent a follow-up email the same day asking if she wanted to reschedule. She didn't respond until the next day and we scheduled another date. 2 minutes before the interview she canceled it and said the position was filled.
