I met individually with seven individuals in the office across two rounds of interviews. They have a unique interview style, whereby you interview with individuals rather than a group, some of which are hiring into their team and some of which aren't. This gives them a sense of how you would fit in the office and gives you the opportunity to meet a variety of individuals across different seniority levels.
