I had one interview with two account directors. It turned out they needed to hire two people, one for each team.
It was a typical interview with questions about my background, experience ect.
I didn't get an interview with HR.

Question 1
The questions were fairly easy.
They asked to describe a bit about myself and my previous work experience.
After that they presented me some cases with clients and asked me how would I handle it.
CV opgestuurd en toen gelijk mail gekregen voor een gesprek over de open vacature. Dit gesprek was met twee account directors en was meer een kennismaking. Na dit gesprek gelijk een stage aangeboden gekregen.

The Interview process was 2 stages and was very smooth and easy, team are friendly and answered all my question regarding the role and the company. There was an initial interview with the requirement team, the 2 official interviews with the managers, one was a question interview then stage 2 was more task focused.
