J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ogilvy en févr. 2019
Entretien
Applied in January, interviewed on campus with an alumnus who works at Ogilvy in early February, and heard back by late March that I had been invited to Super Saturday, which was in early April (52 or so people). The event was long and exhausting, but I felt that I had done really well! However, I found out via LinkedIn about a week later that others from Super Saturday had already found out they had received the position. I still haven't received any formal email (over 2 weeks out), but I am assuming it'll be a rejection since they said they were going to give feedback. I'd have preferred to know from them directly than finding out accidentally, which was a bummer. Even if they're going to give feedback, I think it would be better just to reject/accept everyone at once. For the people they're rejecting, they could have just let them know they'd get their feedback in a few weeks.
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Ogilvy interviews are typically engaging and insightful. Expect conversations delving into your creative thinking, strategic problem-solving, and passion for the industry. Interviewers are often warm and enthusiastic, providing a glimpse into the agency's collaborative and fast-paced culture.
Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
