Landed an interview very fast. I applied for the role on a Friday and got a call by Monday to be interviewed on Tuesday. One of the two interviewers who was an EA to the CEO was extremely intense and came on super strong. I left the interview feeling confident with my answers but completely ripped into. I didn't progress to the next stage because they said I was "too structured and rigid" and they needed someone "relaxed"... Well don't be uptight and tough yourself then!! You represent the company and your interviewees will respond based on how you sell your company and the vibe you convey.
