J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ogilvy en avr. 2016
Entretien
The application process was fairly tough, one question about yourself, a one minute video on a brand you admire and a choice of three competency based questions about a brand problem and how you would fix it.
There was then an assessment day with two groups of people (about ten in each group). There were two interviews, a 'personality' interview and an industry interview. Personality interview was fairly tricky, and difficult to prepare for, they just wanted to find out what kind of a person you were. Industry interview was standard, just questions about the communications industry and your knowledge of it. There was an assessment centre style task as well, which was just choosing a brief and creating a campaign plan in 15 minutes then presenting it to everyone in the room.
Everyone was nice and helpful on the day, but they did not send out any rejections to unsuccessful applications to let them know they had been.
