A 2-3 month process. Mostly over the phone and included a half day of riding along with a salesman. Then several interviews at the actual office. A lot of the phone conversations was with an independent consultant, hired for this company.

The interview process was short and easy. It's not hard to work here because the company is extremely small and filters through employees on a regular basis.
i was asked about my experience and why I want to work in sales. I did like that the interview was informal and quick.
