Had a 30 minute chat with recruiter and was given a task to code a landing page. After handing it in, I was told there was positive feedback and the recruiter would try to arrange an interview with the team. A week later and still no updates and I tried following up with her but was completely ghosted. Feels quite disrespectful of a candidates time and effort considering the technical task was so early in the interview process.
