Phone interview around 15 mins. Assessment day with informal interview. Very laid back, some group sessions in the assessment day. Informal interview after the group activities, basic interview questions. Found out that I had the job a few day after the interview.

online group interview which included a presentation and break rooms. this was done at home. allowed us to work together as a group and understand a little bit more about individuals. and then 121 interview with the manager which was more in depth.
