The interview process was quick and well-organised. The whole process took 3 weeks (with a week delay given on the technical challenge) and consisted of 4 stages. At each stage the interviewers were friendly and invited casual conversation. This was great in helping calm nerves. The technical challenge was take-home and was sufficient in allowing me to show why I was a good candidate for the role. The interviews also focused on the product and why I was enthusiastic for working on such a product. This was a refreshing break from taking about tech!
