4 stage interview process - first was a call with Octopus’ recruitment team, second interview with your line manager, third stage involved preparing responses to a case study to present/discuss with another member of the team, and final interview was with the CFO - you learn a lot about the business/industry throughout the entire process and I personally found it very enjoyable and interesting!
