I spoke with a recruiter who explained the role and told me that the recruitment process was relatively short and that they place a high value on feedback. Following the phone call, I received an email with a take-home task to complete. I finished the task and returned it to them within three days, and the recruiter said they'd contact me soon. After two weeks, I was rejected with no feedback, which I found odd given that this company claims to be big on feedback and the recruiter said the process was quick.
