It was nice. I didn’t get the job but they were friendly. Asked a lot of basic interview questions, nothing hard hitting. Wish they looked up from their notepads more though, that would have made it warmer.

Sehr positive Gesprächsatmosphäre! Die Interviewer waren locker, zugänglich und gut vorbereitet. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass wirklich auf meine Antworten eingegangen wurde, anstatt nur einen Standard-Fragenkatalog abzuarbeiten. Ich habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt wertgeschätzt gefühlt.

Fairly intense, hard to adjust to zoom interviews, but an efficient method to decide that ultimately the role wasn't suitable for my particular skills.
Role plays, team tasks etc and 1 to one interviews.

Very easy and understandable interview. Used an online questionnaire and video interview. Also very good communication and quick response time. Setting up meetings and discovery day was also effortless. Not a stressful interview process.
