Very streamlined with great communication throughout. I felt like regardless of the outcome, I came out of it with a great deal of reflection on myself and my personal and strategic goals.
There were 4 stages:
1. Screening from TA recruiter (15min - Phone)
2. Interview with line manager (30min - Zoom)
3. Presentation on strategy and self (1 hour - in person)
4. Interview with department stakeholder (30min - Zoom)
