I was interviewed virtually by two people. They were very open and smiley from the off, which helped put me at ease. I did not get the sense that they were trying to catch me out as I have done in other interviews. Instead it seemed like they genuinely wanted to know more about me and my experience, and why I wanted the role in question. They were also very knowledgable and honest when answering the questions that I had.

Quick easy simple application process via LinkedIn, after applying I received a call from a wonderful individual and had a very constructive conversation. This was followed 4 other conversations within 2 weeks with various managers and director who all were very honest and transparent. The whole process was very quick which meant no wasting time and pondering for a response. The communication from HR was instant.
