The interview was easy and it was informational. The Manager That interviewed me explained everything about the job from A to Z. I actually enjoyed the interview. I applied at the south high street location. I was hired on the spot I just had to wait for the drug test. Which came back negative so i was good as usual. I just wish I started the job but I had some discrepancies with a family member and there getting to work. So I didn't get to start my job. I just wish they could have used me for part time until I got the situation fixed. With me having 16 yrs of medical experience under my belt this would have been great as well.

How would I handle a donor that is upset because they wont get to donate that day? Or when a donor that has waited for a long period of time?

Interview went very well..felt like having a conversation with someone I knew. Basically I was very confident in telling what I could bring to the team, being a team player + leader, very personable, etc

It was very comfortable. The managers were friendly and informative. The process went smoothly. I was offered a job right away and was able to begin training immediately which happens to be 2 weeks.

The interview process was very straightforward. I came prepared to answer the usual questions, but the center director formatted the interview as more of a conversation. Definitely be prepared to talk about yourself, your aspirations, and your expectations. Most of the interview after I shared this was me asking questions - something I was very grateful for, as I value having all the details. If you excel in professional communication, this will not be a difficult interview for you, but definitely don't forget to do your research about the company and the position!
