I got there 10 minutes early and I waited for about 5 minutes, I was taken back to meet with two women and they asked me a lot of questions. Started with tell us about you and then on to ask me why I wanted to work there and how I handled certain situations. This all lasted maybe 20 minutes when they told me they liked my upbeat personality and attitude and wanted me to meet with their supervisor and the director of this Doner center. I was then put in another room with 2 more women they were higher up than the last two and they asked me about pay and how flexible i was. Told me about the history of the company. They asked me more behavior like questions and asked me what I would do in situations. They offered me 9 an hour there was no room for negotiation.

Interview went very well..felt like having a conversation with someone I knew. Basically I was very confident in telling what I could bring to the team, being a team player + leader, very personable, etc

It was very comfortable. The managers were friendly and informative. The process went smoothly. I was offered a job right away and was able to begin training immediately which happens to be 2 weeks.

The interview process was very straightforward. I came prepared to answer the usual questions, but the center director formatted the interview as more of a conversation. Definitely be prepared to talk about yourself, your aspirations, and your expectations. Most of the interview after I shared this was me asking questions - something I was very grateful for, as I value having all the details. If you excel in professional communication, this will not be a difficult interview for you, but definitely don't forget to do your research about the company and the position!
