The interview was in person. Even though I did not get the job, it went well and the hiring manager was extremely professional. There is usually a preliminary phone interview and then an in person interview. My advice is to always do research not only on the company's website and organization, but on their clinical pipeline as well. They will want to know not only about your research, but whether you know about theirs and whether or not you can add value to their company based on what they have to offer
