They ask the same question TWICE during the application submission and phone screening - about your expected salary (I.e. You have indicated your expected salary in the prerequisite set of question when you apply, and then they ask again when HR call you) . And then they get back to you for an interview - towards the end of the interview at the company, the salary they are offering is actually 10% solid less than your expected salary you required. Completely waste of time.
