The interview process was beyond slow, taking two months to go through 2 interviews and waiting for 2 weeks for feedback in my final interview. The initial interviews (screener and first round) were cordial and encouraging, the final interview was off-putting and discouraging. The interviewer (CPO) was checking her watch and email during the interview, she was completely disinterested in my answers and painted a picture of a company that was more interested in moving fast than it was building a culture of high performance and nurture. I didn't get the job, but had they offered it to me at the end of this process I wouldn't have accepted.
