I had a phone screening, initial interview with a current MA, and then a final interview with the manager at the specific location. However, the manager did not show up and even when rescheduled, did not make that meeting time either. It felt like a waste of time and I wouldn't want to work for someone who disrespected my time and effort.

Easy to talk to and the interview flowed without it being awkward. I was put through mult. interviews which was new to me as a MA, but I respect and appreciate their thoroughness.
