      J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez OYO (Hyderâbâd) en oct. 2019

      Entretien

      I had a pathetic experience with the hiring team of OYO Rooms at Hyderabad. I was referred by one employee of OYO and got a call from the HR in 2 weeks. I had my 2 rounds of technical discussion in one day at their Hyderabad Office. After 2 days when i called the HR, he said they are not satisfied with my problem solving skills. However i had a very different expectations from the interview because i was able to answer their questions from both design and code perspective. There was one interviewer who was not sure what could be the possible answers of the questions he had asked. Anyway when i got to know that my profile is not shortlisted for further rounds i requested the HR to have one round with any senior panel if they have some doubts but he said that can not happen and i can apply back post 6 months. I was again reached out by the same HR for the interview and finally i gave the 3rd technical interview. The HR from the Hyderabad office told me that i am done with all the 3 rounds of technical interview and left with the Hiring manager discussion. She asked me if i want to stay back for 3-4 hrs for the hiring manager to be in office or else they will schedule that discussion over the call. I left for the day and called the HR who had initiated my profile and was working from Bangalore office. He also told me that all the rounds of technical discussion are done and he will soon schedule the Hiring manager who would be generally asking the behavioural questions. I called him back after 3 days and he came back with a new surprise again that they have reviewed my feedback from the panel and now they don't want to move ahead with my profile. I was shocked with the level of unprofessionalism in the entire hiring process. They don't care about the candidates experience. Their interview panel also seems to be way immature to take interviews for SDEII profile. I shared my experience with the employee who had referred me and he also told me that even he had a very bad experience with the Hiring Team.

      LLD for the following scenarios : Design Amazon e-commerce site. Design Snake Ladder Game. Programming questions : Number of possible ways to get a sum from list of numbers. Number of ways to reach a step with a list of individual steps. Make insert, delete and query operations in O(1).
