I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. Well, one of the bad interview experiences. The hiring process is not well defined. And there is no proper reasoning/feedback. Only 2 technical interviews took 4 weeks and in spite of both done well, they rejected without any reasoning. Telephonic Rounds (lasted 40 mins): You need a laptop, pen, and paper to start. The interviewer was junior to me (rescheduled the interview 2 times), no cross-questioning on the solutions proposed within the interview. From the discussion throughout it can be inferred that Oyo doesn't look for technology depth but something else which you will be kept guessing.
