Three Rounds. Two telephonic interviews and one Face to Face.
The interview mostly revolved around professional experience and the ability to take initiatives. They wanted to understand key impacts that was created in the past and other competency values. This was followed by an HR round.
4 interviews via video . Very disorganized . many missed interviewed calls and the interview process was very easy but also disorganized. its all a learning process for everyone.. But overall i do understand this was a startup company for the USA and it all has its steps.
normal, nothing out of ordinary. Gd process followed by 2 interviews. they were looking for people who were confident and answer their questions without hesitations . be thorough with your CV and internships.
