      Entretien

The selection process involved several stages and took several weeks. Overall, the interview process was rigorous and thorough. Below is a general outline of the interview process: Screening: The first stage was to screen applicants to ensure they meet the basic qualifications for the position, such as having relevant experience, education, and skills. Then there was an initial interview with the hiring manager, which was conducted remotely and covered topics such as the candidate's experience, accomplishments, and leadership style. The third stage involved a series of assessments designed to evaluate the candidate's abilities and potential fit with the company culture. The fourth stage involved interviews with key stakeholders from C level. These interviews focused on the candidate's strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. The fifth stage involved conducting reference checks to verify the candidate's past work experience, accomplishments, and character. The final interview with the CEO was to determine if the candidate was the right fit for the company. This interview was more in-depth than the previous interviews and covered topics such as the candidate's vision for the company, leadership philosophy, and long-term goals.
