Got an email first from the HR and asked basic questions to filter. After he feels ok to move on, he arranged a technical skype interview with two project managers and one lead developer. The interview lasted around 35 minutes and it went well. Mostly I was talking to the one project manager, the lead and another project manager were behaving like they do not want to ask any question. After the interview completed, the project manager said the HR will contact you with feedback. This interview happened on 2/8/2019 and started waiting for an answer (Any, positive or negative). I sent a followup email after a week because I never get any email from HR. Till this date, I haven't got any email from OST Inc. At least they should inform whether the candidate has selected or rejected. I rate this as a bad interview process.
