My interview process was related to the İzmir office and might differ with other offices' processes.
Starts with ridiculous recruitment process with informal & unprofessional e-mail communication. Recruiter lacks respect and even not realising what her choice of words might lead to. Even though it was a lead position questions that I were required to answer was basic multiple choice tests, some more short answer questions that one can only ask if they were recruiting a junior not a senior developer and even more time wasting brain-teaser coding problems if you want some more junior developers on your team. There is no differentiation between junior developer recruitment and tech lead recruitment. I did not complete the test when I saw the questions and asked for a more competent test to challange my skills and to respect the position that I'm considered for. The reply I got back was only "This is the process as it is and you are free to do whatever you want." Totally unprofessional. Totally disappointing.
