Where do I even start? One of the most unprofessional interview experiences I've ever had. The company is going through a rebrand and is clearly trying to repackage itself as forward-thinking and progressive, but it's all silly. They put me through several interviews and, from the beginning, made it known that they really liked me in ways that felt unprofessional and unbecoming at times. I heard from at least five people throughout the process that they really liked me and were even told by someone that if they could end the process at that point in time, they would. Seeming to want me engaged, they constantly stressed contacting them in the event of confusion or questions. By the end of the process, they contacted me to give me information about their benefits and asked for three references. They were opaque about their offerings, and it was difficult to get a read. After giving them my references, they contacted two of them, who gave them feedback. The third reference could not respond via email as their email protection had blocked his email. After raising this point with the hiring manager, they assured me they would contact the reference. They did not. And days passed by. And that reference reached out and left a voicemail and text. And nothing. I reached out a couple of weeks later and got nothing. They ghosted me as the others that have graciously provided their experiences here have relayed. Honestly, I've never made it this far in the interview process and didn't get an offer, so it was frustrating, but it is what it is. In any case, anyone going through the application process should be wary of this company and their faux progressive persona.
