I applied for the job of an analyst in this company. It was nearly a startup and was doing very well in the operating lease space having recently overtaken Rentworks.

They started off the usual questions such as do you know what we do? Do have some basic knowledge of the product. It helps to have some prior knowledge of the business model so a lot of people in OPC have some background in Leasing and some of them come from the competition. The check to see if you have handled work pressure and ask to narrate instances of the same. They do background checks and it helps to come strongly recommended.
