It is a standard interview courses like other companies in Hong Kong that have two session of interviews with HR and teams head separately. Don’t have written test. That’s all of whole interview process.

What is the most challenges task that you faced in the previous company?
Self introduction, behaviour questions on project management scenarios. Focus on knowing your personality. Share strength or weakness and past experience with solid track record. Better quantify the project result and deliverables. In general easy to prepare.

2 round interviews, first with HR and final round interviewed by 2 team head and 1 deputy manager, Team heads asked a lot of details on the past working experience especially on project management and self-awareness part.
