Very relaxed, met with the head of HR at their Oxf. Street offices, was asked a few questions (as I had not applied for a specific role yet and was considered for several vacancies). After being contacted with a store management role offered full time, I said I preferred part time (also stated in interview) so was offered the sales assistant role which I wanted and accepted. Was then allocated to a store for a trial where I was supervised for about 2 hours after someone explained to me the general focus of the brand and their approach to customer service. I had to approach customers and be confident, helpful and eager. They will not care how well you can fold panties- just how well you can do customer service (and increase profit potentially). After the trial was done I was sent the official offer and then allocated to a store, contacted by the store manager and I went to have a chat with her. All went smoothly.
