Worst interview process. Recruiter earlier told me there will only 2 rounds of interview and then changed suddenly saying there will be additional rounds of an interview.
As OKX is Singapore based company and many people are in Hongkong, my pov is they want to hire Chinese or Mandarin speaking people only. As 2 of my interviewers could not speak basic english and asking irrelevant questions for US based position.
Recruiter will give you enough hope saying you are the one candidate and "expect an offer soon" but I believe that is baseless. For my case, total 5 rounds happened. Out of which, 1st round was QE concepts and Leetcode medium. Second round was manual testing concept and automation experience. Third round was onsite with director with behavioral questions. Fourth round was onsite with one of QE engineer. I believe onsite round was just a "show of" of a company and final round was with HRBP. Overall, time consuming and irritating process. If you speak Chinese or Mandarin, then. your chances of selection is higher.
