These 3 rounds for the Graduate Program 2022. Assessment centre was face to face and is segmented into group case study as well as individual interviews.
Ghost job mania and a waste of time. They string you along for months on end, make you do ridiculous takehome assessments, and do not respond to your emails whenever you have questions. You can pass all interviews, but they'll just hit you with "Due to changing business priorities, we have cancelled the role". Keep in mind that after the penultimate interview, the feedback I got was still very positive. Until they started pushing back the final interview date and stopped answering my emails. Apply at your own risk, or if you simply just have time to kill.

Entretien
I applied online and did an OA, and swiftly got into a short chat with HR few days later. HR was very friendly and answers all enquiries that I had, and also booked the Superday for me. Proceeded to go for Superday where we got to tour the OKX office at MBFC, was a really nice office with great view of CBD area. Met some of the other candidates and staff, was a nice environment. Then got into my first online interview. Waited for a few weeks before a second, but HR were warm to keep me updated on the status. Went for second interview few weeks later and received offer shortly after.
